Why Mabin?
The Mabin School has been recognized as Canada’s first independent Ashoka Changemaker School. Changemaker Schools exist around the world, and are exemplary at instilling the qualities of leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and empathy.
Our progressive JK-6 school’s greatest advantages include:
The Mabin School has an unparalleled team of passionate experts working together to give each student every opportunity to reach their full potential. The community size of 150 students is deliberate. At this size, every teacher knows every child, and can work closely with families to ensure that students’ academic and social needs are met. Our approach truly puts each child at the centre of their own education.
We invite you to take advantage of our individual tours where you can see our children engaged in their learning and have a chance to meet our exceptional teachers. Tailoring our tours allows us to share the practice and philosophy of the school, and create an opportunity to answer questions from parents of prospective students thoughtfully.
